The existing home had a good quality main residence with an old attached cottage to the side that needed refreshing. The old cottage will be removed in this design & a new modern extension with clean lines will be constructed in its place. The new arrangement includes space for 3 new bedrooms, music/study & new bathroom. The owners wanted a change from the old fibro and metal roof construction used on the main residence so the new extension is modern and with more refined detailing. Photo's from The Agency
