The new home is perched on top of a massive boulder outcrop with sweeping south-facing views back into Darlington. Northern winter light is welcomed in thru clerestory windows along the extents of the major pavilions. The idea is to mop up that sunshine on some polished concrete floors and hold the heat in with double glazing & high levels of insulation. I hope the client likes it......fingers crossed
