I have known Laura a building designer in Denmark for years and was absolutely delighted to be asked to complete the documentation for their new home. It is modest in footprint but includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a beautiful open living area with raking timber ceiling. This project is located only 5 mins from Williams Bay / Greens Pool, on Mt Shadforth. The site has a BAL-29 bushfire rating and we have utilised bushfire resistant Spotted Gum feature cladding which looks terrific. Other notable materials include polished concrete floors, recycled red brick feature walls, high insulation levels & double glazing. This will be a comfortable home year-round, keeping the warmth in and cold South-Western weather out. It will also well orientated to allow in ample light in Winter and rest in full shade in Summer.
