This heritage listed property is right in the heart of Guildford Heritage Precinct and we needed to maintain the traditional feel. It is a simple project replacing an existing fibro clad sleepout at the rear with new. The new space needed to accommodate a kitchen, living, bathroom, laundry & undercover area.

As you can see from the image above the extension is discreetly concealed from the street to keep the planners happy. Nothing too bold just functional, simple and to the point.
