By working closely with the Interior Designer & the client we have created a beautiful big home, that exudes a Modern Mediterranean Farmhouse style. Whilst unique from my other projects in looks it still boasts great thermal performance & care for detail in the building design.
It rests on top of the hill with fantastic views to the North, care has been taken to address the streetscape from afar with eye-catching features that will grab your attention.
Waterfall edge pools, open living with high expressed ceilings, some soft gentle arches, cellar house, guest wing & tiered landscaping.
Working collaboratively with the client and Interior Designer (Linda Woods Design), this home is really taking all aspects of the client's desires for the site & home design into mind, so we can conceive and build a home that is truly personalised & unique. A bit more lux, a bit different & beautiful.
