The home is primarily a conventional cavity brick, slab-on-ground home and has perfect orientation & slope for a Passive Solar home design. The North orientation which luckily faces the views towards the valley includes lots of glazing, and most of the living & bedroom spaces have access to this vista. The home has a vaulted raking ceiling with open plan living space that extends right out to the connected outdoor living spaces on both sides of the home. This is going to look terrific when finished.
